Position: Senior Marketing Executive
Section: Marketing

Responsible for: 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the business goals and target audience of FUXIN.

  • Analyze customer behavior, needs, and preferences, and develop brand strategies and position for the companies, products, and services. Maintain brand consistency and guidelines across all digital channels and platforms.

  • Manage and optimize social media platforms, such as Facebook, and LinkedIn, to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

  • Create and distribute relevant, engaging, and informative content, such as short-form videos, infographics, and articles to attract and retain project owners, industrial builders, and investors.

  • Collaborate with other marketing professionals such as videographers, photographers, graphic designers, and outsourcing con-tent creators, to ensure the quality and coherence of digital marketing projects.

  • Involve in event planning and management, design and produce creative and engaging event materials, such as invitations, ban-ners, flyers, brochures, and videos.

  • Plan a marketing budget and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure the budget is aligned with the overall marketing objectives and expectations.

  • Maintain and update website’s content, design, and functionality to improve user experience and SEO.

  • Research and stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital marketing, specifically in the construc-tion industry, as well as football industry.

  • Measure and report on the return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) of each campaign and activity based on data and metrics.

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in managing digital marketing and other aspects of marketing.

  • Excellent English writing and impeccable grammar

  • Ads Management, SEO, Photoshop & CorelDraw application, copy editing and copy writing.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, trends, and best practices

  • Creativity and innovation, attention to detail and accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Time management and organizational skills, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
