Position: Senior Marketing Executive

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the business goals and target audience of FUXIN.
-
Analyze customer behavior, needs, and preferences, and develop brand strategies and position for the companies, products, and services. Maintain brand consistency and guidelines across all digital channels and platforms.

Manage and optimize social media platforms, such as Facebook, and LinkedIn, to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Create and distribute relevant, engaging, and informative content, such as short-form videos, infographics, and articles to attract and retain project owners, industrial builders, and investors.

Collaborate with other marketing professionals such as videographers, photographers, graphic designers, and outsourcing con-tent creators, to ensure the quality and coherence of digital marketing projects.

Involve in event planning and management, design and produce creative and engaging event materials, such as invitations, ban-ners, flyers, brochures, and videos.

Plan a marketing budget and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure the budget is aligned with the overall marketing objectives and expectations.

Maintain and update website’s content, design, and functionality to improve user experience and SEO.

Research and stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital marketing, specifically in the construc-tion industry, as well as football industry.

Measure and report on the return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) of each campaign and activity based on data and metrics.

Perform other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent
-
Minimum 3 years of work experience in managing digital marketing and other aspects of marketing.

Excellent English writing and impeccable grammar
-
Ads Management, SEO, Photoshop & CorelDraw application, copy editing and copy writing.

Knowledge of digital marketing channels, trends, and best practices
-
Creativity and innovation, attention to detail and accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills

Time management and organizational skills, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
