Position: Architect
Section: Engineering and Materials Planning
Report to: Project Director
Responsible for: Architecture
Department: Engineering and Materials Planning

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop architectural designs and construction documents using CAD software, SketchUp, and other 3d modeling software.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for project integration.
• Provide technical support and conduct site visits for construction progress.
• Create and maintain company profile, trim book, and catalog.
• Prepare approval drawings and obtain necessary approval.
• Generate bills of materials for purchasing and site requirements
• Design BOM templates for inventory management in AX system.
• Produce shop and erection drawings for fabrication and installation guidance.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skill in photoshop, Sketch up, Render.
• Skill in CAD drawing, Tekla Structures (Preferred)
• Have a dynamic personality.
• Good command of Khmer and English.
